From Mayor Josh Keenan

Redevelopment and Business News:

Ryan Homes held their grand opening of their latest development, Stratford Commons on April 14th with many attending. The new homes are lovely inside and outside. In their first two weeks they have 16 of the 49 units reserved by buyers.

Many of the buyers are younger and desire to be close to the train. This is the first new home development in Stratford in almost 60 years! The second building is now being constructed on the far-left side of the development. We are hopeful this change to Berlin Road will continue.

Royal Farms has all their approvals, and the Borough Engineer has signed off on their site plans and our building department has signed off on their building permits.
