DESCRIPTION:Important Halloween Parade Update! \nDue to the forecast of high winds and rain on Thursday and out of concern for everyone’s safety\, we’ll be using our rain date of Friday\, October 31st. \nMayor Hall and Borough Council truly appreciate the emails from residents expressing concerns — safety is always our top priority. We’ve adjusted the evening so families can still enjoy trick-or-treating in their neighborhoods while following the Borough’s 8:00 PM curfew. \nParade Details:\nRegistration: 5:45 PM at Yellin School\nParade Start: 6:00 PM sharp\nFollowing the Parade: Costume awards\, plus the announcement of our Halloween House Decorating Contest and Scarecrow Selfie Contest winners! \nWe’ll do our best to wrap up by 6:45 PM\, giving everyone plenty of time to continue the Halloween fun safely around town. \nPlease note: If the grounds are too wet or unsafe on Friday\, there is a possibility we may need to cancel the event.  \nAny updates will be shared promptly on our social media pages\, Borough website and through emails.  \nThank you for your understanding — we can’t wait to see everyone’s spooky spirit on Friday night! \nHalloween Curfew is 8:00 p.m.
